Configuring Enjo
AI Agent Knowledge
2min
The AI Agent Knowledge feature in Enjo enhances support queries by leveraging multiple knowledge sources to generate accurate, coherent, and human-like responses. Each response includes citations with links and relevance scores, ensuring transparency and reliability in addressing user requests.
- Unified Knowledge Management
- Knowledge sources can consist of one or more pages, documents, or articles from a single application or platform.
- Example: Website pages, SharePoint folders, or Confluence spaces can be grouped as a knowledge source.
- Global Knowledge Source Configuration
- Administrators can manage knowledge sources centrally via the Global Knowledge page.
- This allows shared usage of the same knowledge source across multiple AI agents, streamlining management and ensuring consistency.
- AI Agent-Specific Knowledge Customization
- AI agents can be configured to prioritize specific knowledge sources via the Enjo AI Agent Studio > Knowledge Page.
- This ensures responses are tailored to specialized datasets or company-specific knowledge bases.
- Preffered Knowledge Sources
- Users can define source preferences, allowing the AI to reference prioritized databases for enhanced accuracy and relevance.
You can also add a knowledge source for a specific AI Agent in the Enjo AI Agent Studio -> Knowledge page.
Enjo supports a wide variety of applications and platforms for seamless knowledge integration. See below for how administrators can add knowledge sources from supported apps:
