AI Agent Knowledge
AI agent Knowledge feature helps Enjo AI agents to answer support queries by finding the most relevant information from a variety of knowledge sources and composing a coherent human-like response. Each AI agent response includes citations with links and the relevance of each to the user request.
AI knowledge management could include one or more pages/documents/articles collected from the same application or source. Example: a set of pages in a website, files in a folder in SharePoint, articles in a space in Confluence.
You can add knowledge sources to Enjo, by accessing the global "Knowledge" page and adding knowledge sources there. This is useful if you are sharing the same knowledge source across multiple Enjo AI agents.
You can also configure AI Agents to prioritize specific knowledge sources. This ensures more accurate and relevant responses by allowing users to set preferences for which sources the AI agent should reference first, especially useful for specialized knowledge bases aligned with company data.
You can also add a knowledge source for a specific AI agent in the Enjo AI agent Studio -> Knowledge page.
