Enjo AI Agents can train on Google Drive documents to answer customer queries.
Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI Agent studio menu item. Click on the AI agent, head over to 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option and choose 'From external app'.
Step 2: Select Google Drive from in the drawer that opens up.
If you haven't yet linked your Google Drive account, please refer to the following:Connect to Google Drive
Step 3: Choose the Google Drive connection and click on next.
Step 4: Select the Google Drive folders and start indexing.
Enjo will train on your Google Drive documents from the specified folders. You would be able to see the indexed documents in under 'Knowledge Sources' tab.
