Privacy Mode

"Privacy Mode" feature in Enjo AI Agents allows users to engage with the AI Agent privately after raising their initial query in a group or shared public channel. This feature helps keep sensitive conversations private while reducing clutter in the main support channel.

How It Works

Step 1: Go to Enjo dashboard -> AI Agent Studio-> AI Agent -> Ticketing

Step 2: Click on the Customize button in Privacy Mode section under Request Handling.

Step 3: Toggle the Privacy Mode button to ON.

Step 4: Add a custom message that the AI Agent will post in the main channel to acknowledge the query.

Step 5: Click Save to apply the changes.
