Privacy Mode allows users to engage with the AI bot privately after raising their initial query in a group or channel. This feature helps keep sensitive conversations private while reducing clutter in the main group or channel.
- Access Privacy Mode Settings
- Click on the Customize button of Privacy Mode under Request Handling settings.

- Enable Privacy Mode
- Toggle the Privacy Mode button to ON.
- Customize Public Reply
- Add a custom message that the bot will post in the main channel to acknowledge the query.

- Click Save to apply the changes.
