Enjo allows users to generate Sentiment Analysis Reports to access the Sentiment Analysis dashboard, view key insights, and download reports in PDF or Excel format. This feature helps users analyze customer sentiment and make informed decisions based on real-time or historical data.

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Access the Sentiment Analysis Dashboard

  • Log in to Enjo Workspace: Access your Enjo workspace.
  • Navigate to Insights: Select Sentiment Report.
  • Open the Dashboard: Click to open the Sentiment Analysis Dashboard.
  • Create a Report: Choose to create either a Live Report or a Historical Report based on your needs

Step 2: Configure Report Details

  • Report Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for your report.
  • Report Description: Provide a brief explanation to describe the report's purpose or focus.

Step 3: Select the Helpdesk Application

  • Choose Your Platform: Select the relevant ticketing platform for the report (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Select Application Instance: If applicable, choose the specific instance of the application.

Step 4: Select Filters to Include in Reports

  • Choose Filters: Select the fields from the Helpdesk app to create custom filters.

Click ‘Build Report’: Start the report generation process.

Step 5: View the Insights

  • For Historical Reports: Once generated, view comprehensive data based on past interactions.

  • For Live Reports: Access real-time insights immediately upon report generations

  • Use Advanced Filters: Refine your data using the Advanced Filters option to gain more specific insights.

Step 6: Download the Report

  • Click Download: After reviewing the report, click the Download button.
  • Choose Format: Select either PDF or Excel for downloading and sharing.

By following these steps, you can easily generate and analyze sentiment reports to gain valuable insights from your data.
