Provides visibility into user(s) sentiment and emotional responses through interactions.
To view Sentiment Analysis,
Login to Enjo dashboard-> Insights --> Sentiment.
Administrators can easily navigate between different AI agent's insights they have access to by selecting the dropdown in the upper left corner and choosing the time range for the reports.
Positive sentiment: Number of conversations where positive sentiments were expressed
Negative sentiment: Number of conversations where negative sentiments were expressed Neutral sentiment: Number of conversations where neutral sentiments were expressed Average sentiment score: Overall sentiment score in percentage from all conversations Sentiment score chart: Overall sentiment score in percentage from all conversations over a time range Negative sentiment chart: Number of conversations where negative sentiments were expressed over a time range
