Connect SharePoint
In this article, you'll learn how to connect SharePoint to your Enjo workspace so your AI Agent can use SharePoint documents, pages, and files to answer questions.
Before you start
You need Owner or Admin role in Enjo.
You need a SharePoint service account with Member and Read access to the relevant SharePoint sites.
Microsoft OAuth consent must be approved in your organization. If your organization requires IT admin approval for third-party OAuth connections, arrange this before starting the setup.
💡 Use a dedicated service account rather than a personal account for this integration. This ensures the connection remains active if individual user accounts change.
What Enjo accesses
The SharePoint integration uses OAuth 2.0 (delegated, user-based connection) and connects via Microsoft login and authorization.

How SharePoint is used in Enjo
Knowledge source — SharePoint site content is indexed and synced daily. Your AI Agent searches this content when generating responses and includes citations linking back to the source document or page.
💡 Only content the service account has access to will be indexed. Make sure the service account has Member and Read access to all sites you want to include.
Connect SharePoint
Go to Settings > Apps.
Click Connect Apps and select SharePoint.
Click Add New
Select User-Delegated Authentication to sign in with your Microsoft account, or choose App-Based Authentication to log in using SharePoint credentials. Then click Next to proceed.
Review the requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the connection.
Your SharePoint connection appears under Apps once authorization is complete.
