Provides visibility into the overall efficiency and effectiveness of your support operations.

To view Performance,

Login to Enjo dashboard-> Insights --> Performance.

Administrators can easily navigate between different AI agents' insights they have access to by selecting the dropdown in the upper left corner and choosing the time range for the reports.

Deflection requests: Number of queries the bot resolved automatically

Deflection rate: Conversations where the AI agent had confident and sufficient response

Acceleration rate: Conversations where the AI agent had a helpful response

Acceleration requests: Number of queries where the bot had some helpful answer

Deflection chart: Graphical representation of the conversations where the AI agent had confident and sufficient response in the past 6 months Acceleration chart: Graphical representation of the conversations where the AI agent had helpful responses in the past 6 months
