Preferences
In this article, you will learn how to configure your display theme, Agent Assist language preferences, and Inbox translation settings in Enjo.
To access Preferences, navigate to Settings β Preferences in the Enjo Dashboard.

General Preferences
Agent Assist Language
Set the language in which Agent Assist returns responses.
Navigate to Settings β Preferences β Agent Assist.
Select the relevant App Instance.
Choose your preferred language from the available options. You can choose to receive responses in the language of the input case or in English.
Click Save to apply the changes.

π‘ Tip: If your team handles multilingual cases, set the language to match the input case so Agent Assist responses stay consistent with the conversation language.
Theme
Choose your display theme for the Enjo workspace.
Select your preferred theme from the Theme dropdown.

π‘ Tip: The Theme setting applies only to your account. Other members of your workspace are not affected by your selection
Inbox Preferences
Preferred Language
Set the language used to translate incoming customer messages in the Inbox.
Select your preferred language from the available options.
π‘ Tip: This setting controls the target language for translated messages in your Inbox. Set it to the language you work in for the most accurate translations.
Auto Translate Messages
Automatically translate incoming messages to your preferred language as they arrive in the Inbox.
Navigate to Settings β Preferences.
Under Inbox Preferences, locate Auto Translate Messages.
Toggle it on to enable automatic translation of incoming messages.
π‘ Tip: Auto Translate Messages is off by default. Enable it if you regularly receive messages in languages other than your preferred language.
