Billing Management
The Billing Page allows you to manage your subscription plan, track your current usage, and purchase additional usage if needed.
Enjo workspace is typically billed based on the consumption of Enjo resources including admin seats AI Messages, AI Vectors, Tickets, and AI Actions. If your plan allows, you can buy additional usage directly from the billing page.
On the Billing page, you can view the current plan name and available usage credits.
If the workspace has an Enjo Standard plan subscription, administrators can update payment methods, download invoices, and update other billing profile information on the billing page.
To access the billing profile,
- Login to your Enjo workspace
- Navigate to Settings -> Billing page
- Click on Manage Subscription
The Billing page displays your consumption of the following resources
- Admin seats - members of the workspace who have access to the Enjo Dashboard
- AI Messages - AI responses generated by Enjo AI agents
- AI Vectors - documents that can be used to train Enjo AI agents
- AI Actions - query or update into external applications using Enjo AI agent actions
- Tickets - ticket creation, and update, in the ticketing system, facilitated by Enjo AI agents
Based on your current subscription (see Enjo Subscription Plans: Choose Your AI Support Solution for details) you may be eligible to buy additional usage credits.
