the billing page allows you to manage your subscription plan, track your current usage, and purchase additional usage if needed enjo workspaces are billed based on resource consumption, including billed seats, messages, knowledge chunks, tickets, and ai actions depending on your plan, you may have the option to purchase additional usage directly from the billing page only workspace administrators can access the billing page current plan details & billing profile on the billing page, you can view the current plan name and available usage credits if the workspace has an enjo standard plan subscription, administrators can update payment methods, download invoices, and update other billing profile information on the billing page to access the billing profile, login to your enjo workspace navigate to settings > billing page click on manage subscription usage tracking the billing page displays your consumption of the following resources billed seats members of the workspace who have access to the enjo dashboard and agent assist messages ai responses generated by enjo ai agents knowledge blocks documents that can be used to train enjo ai agents ai actions query or update into external applications using enjo ai agent actions tickets ticket creation, and update, in the ticketing system, facilitated by enjo ai agents buying additional usage credits based on your current subscription (see enjo subscription plans docid\ bc3cuye5arjat3cdrr uk for details) you may be eligible to buy additional usage credits to buy additional credits, click on the corresponding links on the billing page you can also reach out to the enjo sales team at sales\@troopr io or chat with the team here
