Billing Management
The Billing section in Enjo gives you a clear view of how your workspace is consuming its plan allowances β including AI Replies and Knowledge Blocks. From here you can monitor usage, drill into breakdowns by user or agent, upgrade your plan, or reach out to the team for support.
Before you begin
You will need workspace- owner-level access to your Enjo account to view and manage billing settings.
Step 1: Open Settings and go to the Billing tab
From anywhere in the Enjo platform, open the navigation menu from the left sidebar. Scroll to the bottom and click Settings. In the left sidebar under the Workspace section, click Billing.

Step 2: Review your plan and usage summary
The Billing page opens with a summary of your current plan status β including whether it is active, on trial, or expired β and the trial or renewal date.
Below the plan summary, you will see two usage meters:
AI Replies β shows how many AI replies have been used out of your plan allowance. An AI Reply is one complete interaction handled by Enjo AI, from understanding the request to responding, acting, or escalating with context.
Knowledge Blocks β shows how many knowledge blocks have been consumed. Knowledge Blocks are the chunks Enjo uses to index your content for AI agents. Long PDFs, webpages, and tickets are automatically split into multiple Knowledge Blocks.

Note: The usage meters update in real time as your agents handle requests and as new knowledge sources are indexed.
Step 3: View detailed usage
Click See Usage under the AI Replies meter to open the Usage Details page. This gives you a deeper breakdown of how AI replies are being consumed across your workspace.
The Usage Details page has five tabs:
Overview β a daily bar chart showing total AI replies consumed over the selected time period. Use the date range selector in the top-right corner to switch between Last Week, Last One Month, Last Three Months, or a Custom Range.
Usage By User β shows which individual users in your workspace have triggered the most AI replies, helping you identify your most active end users.
Usage By Custom App β shows AI reply consumption broken down by any custom applications connected to your workspace.
Usage By AI Agent β shows how many AI replies each individual AI agent has handled. This is useful for understanding which agents are most active and whether usage is distributed as expected.
Usage By Bot β shows AI replies consumed by any external bots connected to your workspace.


Tip: Use the time range filter on any tab to narrow down usage to a specific period. The Custom Range option lets you set an exact start and end date.
Step 4: Get more AI Replies or Knowledge Blocks
If you are approaching your plan limits, you can request additional capacity without upgrading your full plan.
On the main Billing page, click Get more AI Replies or Get more Knowledge Blocks. This opens the Enjo Customer Support chat widget, where a team member will follow up to assist you with top-up options.

Step 5: Upgrade your plan
To move to a higher plan tier, click Upgrade Plan in the top-right corner of the Billing page. This takes you to the Plans page, which shows all available tiers:
Free β $0/month, includes 200 AI replies. Best for getting set up and testing AI on real tickets. Includes unlimited AI agents, unlimited agent seats, unlimited channels, shared inbox, help center, and insights.
Starter β $95/month, includes 1,000 AI replies. For small support teams that need consistency. Includes all Free features plus AI Actions, Core Guardrails, and basic Slack/Teams insights.
Standard β $295/month, includes 3,000 AI replies. For support leaders managing AI at scale. Includes all Starter features plus natural language workflows, Advanced Guardrails, AI testing and training workflows, Enhanced Analytics, custom role-based access, and audit trail and QA review flows.
Enterprise (Custom) β custom pricing, billed annually. For regulated organizations with strict security requirements. Includes all Standard features plus custom audit trails, executive-ready reporting, AI Agent whitelabeling, SSO/SAML, advanced access controls, custom integrations and data controls, and on-premise deployment.

Click Upgrade on the Starter or Standard plan to be taken to a checkout page where you enter your payment details and complete the upgrade. For Enterprise, click Get Quote to connect with the sales team.
Note: Enterprise plans are only available with yearly billing.
Step 6: Request a trial extension or get billing support
If you need more time on your trial, or have any billing or product questions, two options are available from the Billing and Plans pages:
Chat with us β opens the Enjo Customer Support widget in the bottom-right corner. Type your query and a team member will respond shortly.
Request extension β available on the Plans page. Clicking this sends a request to the Enjo team, who will follow up to discuss extending your trial period.
