Here is an overview of Enjo workspace member roles and their corresponding privileges.
- Workspace admin - has all privileges in the workspace
- Enjo AI agent admin - has limited privileges to create and manage AI agents
- Member - has limited privileges to interact with AI agents
The user who creates a new Enjo workspace automatically becomes the first workspace admin for that workspace.

Workspace admins can add members to the workspace.
To add member(s),
- Navigate to Settings → Members
- Click on “Add Member” in the top right corner
- Enter the email address(s) of anyone you like to add
- Choose the role from the dropdown list
Workspace admins can change the roles of the members in the workspace. To change member role,
- Navigate to Settings → Members
- To provide admin access, click on the three dots beside the name and choose "Make Admin" from the dropdown
- To remove admin access, click on the three dots beside the name and choose "Remove Admin" from the dropdown
