Enjo concepts
Enjo is an AI platform purpose-built for support automation. Enjo platform comes with a set of AI tools to assist support teams in the resolution of user requests. The Enjo platform lets support teams create one or more Enjo AI agents that can be trained to automatically resolve user requests.
Enjo AI agent is a generative AI-powered chatbot that trains on company knowledge, ticketing, and other relevant applications to resolve requests.
Knowledge enables the AI agent to train on a variety of different knowledge sources that are relevant to the support requests it may receive.
Ticketing enables the AI agent to connect to and learn from any ticketing system and understand available help desks and request-type forms.
Actions enable the AI agent to connect to and learn from any application function and allow the AI agent to dynamically make queries or take actions when relevant.
Channels enable the AI agent to be deployed to a variety of chat platforms including Slack, Teams, and Enjo web chat widgets.
Enjo Inbox allows support team members to view and collaborate on user conversations with the AI agent in one place.
Insights module allows support team members and other stakeholders a single view of how Enjo AI agents perform and identify gaps and areas of improvement.
Swarm Room - is a dedicated channel in Slack or Teams that syncs 2-way with a ticket in your ticketing system.
User Command - is a slash command that can be run in the chat interface to execute an action in a supported business system. Typically used to quickly create a ticket in your ticketing system.
Emoji Action - is a way to trigger an action by dropping an emoji in a chat in a channel. Currently supported only in Slack.Typically used to create and update IT tickets by adding an emoji reaction to the Slack message.
Enjo Approvals - this is a way to manage approval workflows in external ticketing systems in chat. When integrated with your ticketing system, approvers will get notifications and can manage and take action on those approvals in chat.
