the setup overview shows how enjo is being used across your workspace it helps you track activity across key features and understand how different parts of the system are being adopted accessing setupinsights go to the enjo dashboard navigate to insights > performance > setup overview in the left hand menu key metrics ai agents the number of ai agents currently active and handling support requests app connections the total number of external tools connected to enjo—such as slack, jira, salesforce, or internal systems knowledge block the number of knowledge items (faqs, internal docs, guides) available for the ai to use in responses agent assist the number of agent assist widgets embedded in tools like salesforce, jira to help live agents during conversations sentiment reports the number of reports where enjo has analyzed customer sentiment or emotion ai actions the number of unique actions performed by ai agents—such as fetching data, updating records, or triggering workflows emoji actions the number of emoji triggered workflows used in slack or microsoft teams (e g , reacting with an emoji to create a ticket) alerts the number of active alerts monitoring things like intent mismatches, or escalations approval automations the number of approval workflows that include approval steps, such as routing requests for manager sign off commands the number of custom slash commands configured to trigger enjo actions directly from chat swarm rooms; the total number of collaborative sessions created in slack or teams to resolve support issues in real time how to use this data track adoption use these metrics to see which parts of enjo are in regular use monitor engagement ai agent and swarm room activity are strong signals of how deeply enjo is integrated into your workflows
