Provides visibility into adoption rates and usage patterns of deployed AI agents.
To view Adoption,
Login to Enjo dashboard-> Insights --> Adoption.
Administrators can easily navigate between different AI agents' insights they have access to by selecting the dropdown in the upper left corner and choosing the time range for the reports.
Active users: Users who interacted with the AI agent at least once No. of Conversations: Number of discussions initiated by all users in all Channels
No. of feedbacks: Count of feedbacks received Adoption Chart: Number of active users in the past 6 months Usage Chart: Number of requests assists by AI agent in past 6 months
