AI Agent Response Mode

Enjo Agent AI administrators can determine if Enjo should automatically respond to every message in the channel. Enable 'Automated responses' so the AI agent can automatically respond to every message in the channels it is deployed to.

Go to your AI agent in the Enjo dashboard, click on the AI agent studio menu item, click on the AI agent, and then click on the 'Settings' tab.

In the settings, Turn on the "Automated Responses" button.

Additionally, administrators can determine if Enjo should not reply when the message starts with an emoji and the reply message that should be sent when the AI agent cannot find the answer in knowledge sources.
