Choose which request updates should be added to the request thread and the Conversations tab in Enjo. You can choose to receive all request updates, only comments, only status, comments and status or none.
All Updates - All updates from Jira are added to Enjo AI agent conversations Comments & Status - Only comments and Status updates from Jira are added to Enjo Copilot Conversations
Status - Only Status updates from Jira are added to Enjo AI agent conversations Comments - Only comments from Jira are added to Enjo AI agent conversations
None - None of the updates/comments from Jira are added to Enjo AI agent conversations
