User Mapping

Document image

Map Enjo users to Atlassian accounts for your team members using the "User Mapping" feature in Enjo. It helps Enjo understand that this Enjo user is mapped to this Atlassian email id.

Go to Enjo webapp- Settings- Apps- Jira- Configure- User mapping.

To create/update mapping, click on "New Mapping" and match "Enjo user" and "Atlassian user" for a team member and submit.

Repeat for every team member you want to map.

Automatic Mapping of Users

When your workspace is connected to your Jira domain, Enjo will attempt to automatically map Jira accounts to Enjo accounts based on confidence in profile match.

Enjo may be able to map up to 100% of the accounts depending on your Jira setup. Mapped accounts will show up as unverified on the "User Mapping" page of the Enjo web app.

Guest Facilitation

Document image

Unverified users (users who are yet to connect their Jira account) can now create and update Jira requests using this feature. The administrator can authorize a Jira account for guest facilitation. Any comment posted by guest users on threads will be added using the Facilitator's Account on behalf of the guest user. Administrators with verified accounts will continue to use their accounts for Jira activities. Guest facilitation will be used for unverified users only.

Setup

The administrator can set up global guest facilitation by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to Enjo dashboard --> Settings --> Apps --> Jira --> Configure --> Guest Facilitation Step 2: Click the "Authorize" button

Personal settings

Verify your Jira account in personal settings. Only verified users can take full advantage of Enjo to create Jira tickets from Slack/MS teams and perform ticket updates. You can do this by following the simple steps below. You can do this by following the simple steps below.
