Alerts
In this article, you'll find an overview of Alerts in Enjo and links to setup guides for Scheduled and Live Alerts.
How Alerts work
Alerts notify you about activity in your connected helpdesk application. There are two types:
Scheduled Alerts Send recurring notifications for issues that match your configured conditions at a set time β for example, all open high-priority cases delivered to your Slack channel every morning at 8 AM.
Live Alerts Send immediate notifications the moment a specific condition is met β for example, when a high-priority case triggers negative sentiment.
π‘ Use Scheduled Alerts for regular reporting and queue reviews. Use Live Alerts for time-sensitive conditions that require immediate attention.
