Audit Log gives you a complete record of every user and system action that happens inside your Enjo workspace. Use it to investigate changes, verify who did what, and meet your compliance and security requirements. This guide walks you through accessing Audit Log and filtering entries to find exactly what you need.
Before you begin
You must have access to workspace Settings.
Your role must include permission to view workspace administration areas. If you can't see Audit Log under Settings, ask a workspace owner to grant access.
Audit Log lives in your workspace settings alongside other administration controls.
From the left navigation, click Settings.
Under the Workspace section, select Audit Log.
You'll land on the Audit Log page, which lists every recorded action with the user, module, action type, and timestamp.
Note: Audit Log captures activity across all modules in your workspace, including AI Agents, Agent Assist, Workspace-level, Automation Tools, Knowledge and Reports overall changes.
Step 2: Search logs by user or module
To find a specific entry quickly, use the search bar at the top of the log table.
Click the Search audit logs field.
Type a user name (for example, Harshad) or a module name (for example, Workspace).
The table filters in real time to show only matching entries.
๐กTip: Searching by module is useful when you want to review all changes to a single area. For example, every update made to AI Agents over the past month.
Step 3: Filter logs by action
Each entry shows the action that was performed (such as App Added, App Deleted, User Updated, or AI Agent Updated). You can narrow the table down to a single action type.
Use the search field to type the action you're investigating.
Review the filtered results to see when the action occurred and who performed it.
Step 4: Filter by time range
Use the time filter to scope the log to a specific period.
Click the time range dropdown on the right side of the table.
Choose one of the preset ranges:
Last week
Last one month
Last two months
Last three months
Or select Custom range to pick specific start and end dates.
Step 5: Filter by module type
The Module type filter lets you focus on activity from a specific part of Enjo.
Click the Module type dropdown.
Select one or more of the available modules:
AI Agent
Agent Assist
Workspace
Automation Tool
Knowledge
Reports
๐กTip: You can combine filters. For example, set the time range to Last one month and the module to AI Agent to review every agent change made in the last 30 days.
Step 6: View entry details
Click any row in the log table to expand the full details of that action.
The detail view shows:
The user who performed the action
The exact action (for example, updated another user's role to Owner)
The module affected
The timestamp
Important: Audit Log entries are read-only. They cannot be edited or deleted, which preserves the integrity of your compliance record.
