AI Agent Message Feedback
This setting controls how users can rate and comment on answers generated by the AI agent through connected communication platforms. Feedback helps evaluate response quality and identify areas for improvement.
Prerequisites
Owner or AI Agent Management permissions in the Enjo dashboard
Access to the AI Agent Studio
Configuration Steps
Log in to the Enjo dashboard.
Open AI Agent Studio from the main menu. Select the target AI Agent.
Go to the Settings tab.
In the Behaviour tab -> Select Answer Feedback

Choose one of the following options:
2-star feedback: Simple binary scale (e.g., "Good" or "Needs improvement").
5-star feedback: Granular rating scale for detailed user scoring.
None: Disable feedback collection entirely.
Click Save to apply changes.
