emoji markers add emojis to the slack/ teams message based on specific criteria eg when requests are created, assigned, or closed when requests are unattended for x minutes, the relevant emojis will be added to the message you can enable and customize the emojis in the enjo webapp for the specific ai agent how it works step 1 go to enjo dashboard > ai agent studio > ai agent > ticketing step 2 click on the customize button in emoji markers section under request handling step 3 select the criteria to enable emoji markers,
