Emoji markers add emojis to the Slack/ Teams message based on specific criteria. Eg: when requests are created, assigned, or closed when requests are unattended for x minutes, the relevant emojis will be added to the message. You can enable and customize the emojis in the Enjo webapp for the specific AI agent.
To customize the emojis, click on the emoji button to open the following form. Select from the list of emojis and click the "Ok" button.
