Emoji Markers
Emoji markers add emojis to the Slack/ Teams message based on specific criteria. Eg: when requests are created, assigned, or closed when requests are unattended for x minutes, the relevant emojis will be added to the message. You can enable and customize the emojis in the Enjo webapp for the specific AI agent.
How It Works
Step 1: Go to Enjo dashboard -> AI Agent Studio-> AI Agent -> Ticketing
Step 2: Click on the Customize button in Emoji Markers.section under Request Handling.
