Microsoft Teams
Enjo integrates with Microsoft Teams to make AI-powered support and knowledge accessible directly within Teams. Once connected, all Enjo AI agents in the workspace can use the Teams integration.
Prerequisites
Admin permissions in Enjo
Microsoft Teams tenant with permissions to install apps
Tenant ID and Team ID of the target Microsoft Teams team.

Connection Steps
Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings- Apps.
Select MSFT Teams from in the drawer that opens up
Click on 'Add App', Add the Tenant Id and Teams Id
Find Tenant and Teams ID ->Go to Microsoft Teams Team where you want to install Enjo click on the three dots available right side of that Team and click on Get a link to the team.
In the second screen of the popup, click on 'here' in the line, Click here to install the Microsoft Teams app and complete the connection setup.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft Admin page.Find Enjo under 'All Apps'. Click on it and add it to your team.
Once done, you can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace would be able to use your connection.
