Enjo supports integration for Salesforce Sandbox To connect Enjo to your Salesforce Sandbox, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings- Apps.

Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Salesforce KB/ Cases'.

Step 3: Add the Salesforce sandbox URL in the input field

Step 4: You will be redirected to Salesforce login.

Step 5: Allow access

You will be redirected to the Enjo App. You can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace would be able to use your connection.
