Salesforce Sandbox
Enjo supports integration with Salesforce to connect knowledge base content and case data. This enables Enjo AI agents to use Salesforce test environments for development, validation, and training before connecting to production.
Prerequisites
Admin permissions in Enjo
Salesforce account credentials
Salesforce admin rights to authorize third-party integrations
Integration Type
OAuth 2.0 delegated connection
Enjo connects via Salesforce login and authorization flows.
Required Permissionsย
Full API access to all objects the authenticated user can access
Read/write access to Salesforce Knowledge Base articles
Read/write access to Salesforce Cases
Access limited to objects the authenticated user has permission to view
Connection Steps
Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings- Apps.
Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Salesforce KB/cases'.
Step 3: Add the Salesforce sandbox URL in the input field
Step 4: You will be redirected to Salesforce login.
Step 5: Allow access
You will be redirected to the Enjo App. You can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace can use your connection.
