AI Agent Channels

Once an AI agent is set up, it can be connected to one or more channels. Channels are where the AI agent collects requests from users. Examples of supported channels include Slack channel, Microsoft Teams channel, website chat, or any ticketing system.

Connecting to a channel

To connect a channel to an AI agent,

  • In the AI agent studio, go to the channels tab
  • Click on the “Connect channel” button in the top right corner
  • Select a relevant app
  • Choose one or more channels available in the app

Connecting to Teams channel

  • Choose the "MSFT Teams" app,
  • Select from available Teams tenant from the dropdown
  • Choose if this AI agent will be used in all DM conversations with the Enjo app
  • Select a team available in that tenant
  • Choose one or more channels available in that team where Enjo will collect requests

Connecting to Slack channel

  • Choose "Slack" app
  • Select from the available Slack connections
  • Choose if this AI agent will be used in all DM conversations with the Enjo app
  • Choose one or more channels available in the Slack workspace
  • Or choose to create a new channel
Private channels will show up in the channels list only after your Enjo Slack app is added to that channel
Automatic creation of tickets can be enabled only in new channels created by Enjo







Connecting to Web Chat channel

  • Choose "Website"
  • Enter the Website Name and URL and Click on the "Add Website" button
  • Copy the HTML Script from the 'Install' tab and paste it into your website
