Enjo AI Agent is a generative AI-powered chatbot that trains on company knowledge, ticketing, and other relevant applications to resolve support requests.

To create a new AI Agent,

  • Go to the Enjo dashboard
  • In the "AI Agent Studio", click on the "+ New AI Agent" button
  • Enter a name, describe the purpose of the AI Agent, and click on "Create"

Now that a new Enjo AI Agent has been created, proceed to:

  1. Train it on knowledge sources
  2. Connect to ticketing systems
  3. Personalise the Copilot
  4. Test the copilot
  5. Add it to channels
  6. Manage Conversations
  7. Manage Feedback
  8. View Insights
