Feedback
Provides visibility into the AI agents' response feedback and comments.
To view Feedback,
Login to Enjo dashboard-> Insights --> Feedback.
In the "Logs" tab, administrators can easily navigate between different AI agent's insights they have access to by selecting the dropdown in the upper left corner and choosing the time range for the reports.

On clicking on 'View details', you would be able to see the reporter, reported time, feedback, comment, and reason (Reason if it was negative feedback). The comment and reason sections are optional for the user to fill.

The "Distribution" tab provides information on the number of positive and negative feedback received across users.

The administrators can also choose to Export the reports in CSV by using the "Export Data" button on the top right corner of the page.
