Choose how the AI agent should ask for feedback about the generated answer to the users using the Feedback feature.
Head over to your AI agent in Enjo dashboard - click on the AI agent studio menu item. Click on the AI agent, and head over to the 'Settings' tab. Choose if you want to have '2-star' or '5-star' feedback or none here.
View feedback that users gave for AI agent answers via the communication platforms, along with comments and reasons.
When an AI agent responds to a user's query, they can mark the responses as helpful or not helpful, providing valuable input. The feedback feature captures positive and negative feedback, along with optional comments and reasons
