Set and personalize agents' off-hours, defining specific days and times. During these periods, auto-creation will be enabled, while emoji markers triggered by unattended messages will be disabled. You can also customize the message sent to the users when they request help during the agents' off hours. So when a requestor posts a message in the request channel during the off-hour, Enjo will create a ticket automatically and also send the message.
You can also customize the message that is being sent to the customers during the Off hours.
