the conversations tab in the enjo dashboard provides a detailed view of ai agent interaction metrics it enables administrators to track adoption, engagement, and query resolution performance across deployed ai agents log in to the enjo dashboard go to insights → adoption → conversation filters and controls date range choose reporting periods such as last one month or a custom range ai agent filter select an ai agent to view specific performance data export download reports for offline analysis key metrics total conversations total number of discussions initiated by all users across all channels conversations per employee average number of queries per employee answered number of queries where the bot provided relevant knowledge articles unanswered number of queries where ai agent was not able to find a relevant knowledge source answered queries list of questions successfully answered by the ai agent unanswered queries list of questions the ai agent was unable to answer conversations chart visual representation of total conversations over the selected period tickets created chart visual representation of tickets created by the ai agent over the selected period best practices review unanswered queries frequently to identify and close knowledge base gaps compare ticket creation and conversation metrics to evaluate automation impact adjust filters to analyze performance trends over different reporting period
