Enjo AI Agents can deliver precise, consistent responses to customer queries by leveraging Enjo Answers. Enjo Answers is built-in knowledge source for AI Agents, typically used to configure and manage short and frequently asked question/answers.

There are two types of Enjo Answers: Question-based Answers to answer specific question ntent and Topic-based Answers to answer broad range of question intents within a topic. For Enjo AI Agents, Topic-based Answers acts as fallback when semantic search on Question-based Answers fails. This helps customers configure Answers for broad range of questions on topics like "Return Policy" or "Holiday Schedule."

Steps to Adding Answers

  • Log in to the Enjo Dashboard.
  • Navigate to AI Agent Studio > Knowledge tab.
  • Click Add Data and choose Add Answers.
  • Select answer type: Enjo gives two options to add answers Question-based answers & Topic-based Answers

Question-based Answer

  1. Add the Primary Question
    • Enter a frequently asked question.
    • Examples:
      • "How do I set up [feature]?"
      • "What is the policy for [situation]?"

  2. Provide the Answer
    • Write a concise, helpful response to the question.
    • Use text and/or links to enhance clarity and usability.
  3. Add Question Variations (Optional)
    • Enter alternate phrasings for the same question.
    • Example: For the question "How do I set up my account?", variations could include:
      • "What’s the process to create an account?"
      • "Steps for account setup?"

Enjo uses the primary question and question variations to understand the question intent for the Answer.

Topic-based Answers

Topic based Answer is for Answers that address a broad range of question intents within a topic.

  1. Select Answer Type
    • In the Answer Type dropdown, choose Topic-Based Answer.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Topic Name: A concise topic identifier (e.g., "Return Policy").
    • Topic Description: Briefly explain the topic (e.g., "Details about returning items within a specific time frame.").
    • Answer: Provide a detailed response for this topic.
    • Sample Questions (Optional): Add examples to guide the AI (e.g., "How long do I have to return an item?").

Answer Suggestions

  • Users can suggest updates using the Improve Answer button.
  • Suggestions appear in the Answer Suggestions tab for admin review.
  • AI Agent Admins can view, edit, approve, or decline suggestions.
  • Approved answers are moved to the Answers tab and integrated into Enjo’s knowledge base for future queries.

AI Helper

The AI Helper in Answers is designed to make your questions and answers clearer, more professional, and concise. It also helps by generating variations of your questions, so you can communicate effectively and efficiently.

How It Works

Follow these steps to use the AI Helper in Answer:

  1. Log in to the Enjo Dashboard. Navigate to AI Agent Studio > Knowledge tab.
  2. Go to the Add Answer or Edit Answer section. Fill in your question and answer in the respective fields.
  3. Once you’ve completed writing, click the “Rewrite Using AI” button. A next screen  will appear where you can select the types of improvements you want. Review the AI-suggested edits and apply them as needed.

  4. Once satisfied with the improvements and variations, use the “Apply and Add” button to save your changes.
  5. After writing your question and answer, click the “Generate Question Variations” button.This only generates Question variations without rewriting question and answers. The AI will create up to three alternative question suggestions.

  8. If the input is unclear, a temporary warning message will suggest you to revise your content.

  2. When does Enjo use Topic-based Answers? Enjo AI Agent first attempts to resolve queries through semantic search and Question-based Answers. If no confident match is found, it attempts to use Topic-based Answers for broader coverage.
