Enjo Answers
Enjo AI Agents can learn from the questions and answers you include in the Enjo Answers section to better address customer queries.
Step 1: Log in to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI agent studio menu item. Click on the AI agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'Add answers'.
Step 2: Add the primary question. This should be a common question your teammates ask. Some examples: How do I set up...? , What is the policy for...? , How can I integrate...?
Step 3: Add the answer to the question. This should be a brief answer to the question to help resolve the issue for your teammate. Use text and/or links as necessary to complete the answer.
Step 4: Add question variations if needed. Questions variations suggest how this question can be asked differently.
Enjo will now learn from the created answer to answer queries in chat. You will be able to see the Enjo answers under the 'Answers' tab.
Answers suggested by users using the "Improve Answer" button will be received by default in the Answer Suggestions tab for admin approval. The admin can view, edit the suggested answer, and approve or decline the suggestions. Once the suggested answer is Approved by the Admin, it will be saved in the Enjo "Answers" tab and will be used to train the Enjo AI agent.
