Slack Conversations

Enjo AI Agents can train on Slack conversations to answer customer queries.
Step 1: Log in to Enjo - click on the AI agent studio menu item. Click on the AI agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'From external app'.

Step 2: Select Slack from the drawer that opens up
If you haven't yet linked your Slack account, please read more here
Step 3: Now in Enjo, choose the Slack connection and click on next.

Step 4: Specify the channels and time range and start indexing.

Enjo will train on your Slack knowledge base from the specified Slack channels in the selected time period. You will be able to see the indexed channels under the 'Knowledge Sources' tab.
