Confluence Cloud
Connecting Confluence Cloud to Enjo allows Enjo to index your Confluence spaces and use that content to answer questions through your AI Agent. This guide covers the Confluence Cloud setup. If you are on Confluence Server or Data Center, refer to Confluence Server setup gudie.
Confirm Prerequisites
Before starting the connection process, ensure the Atlassian account you plan to use:
Has the user role in Atlassian user management.
Has access to all Confluence spaces you want Enjo to index.
Is preferably a dedicated service account rather than a personal account, to keep access and ownership consistent for your organization.
1. Open Settings and select Apps
From your Enjo dashboard, open Settings and select Apps.
2. Connect a new app
Click Connect Apps and select Confluence Cloud.
3. Add a new connection
Click Add New and enter a connection name.
π‘TIP: Use a name that clearly identifies the source, such as your organization or team name. For example: "Workday Documentation."
Click Connect to proceed.
4. Authorize Enjo in Atlassian
You will be redirected to an Atlassian authorization screen. If your Atlassian account has multiple sites, they will be listed here. Select the site that contains the Confluence spaces you want Enjo to index. If you have only one site, it will appear by default.
Scroll down and click Accept. You will be redirected back to Enjo once authorization is complete.
5. Review the connection
Go to Apps to view your new Confluence connection. You will see the connection name and the AI Agents that have access to it.
By default, all AI Agents in your workspace can use the connection. To limit access, change the visibility setting to Restricted and select the specific AI Agents that should have access.
You're Connected
Your Confluence Cloud account is now connected to Enjo. Enjo will begin indexing the Confluence spaces your account has access to.
What to do next?
