enjo ai agents can train on confluence documents to answer customer queries steps step 1 log in to enjo dashboard click on the ai agent studio menu item click on the ai agent, head over to the 'knowledge' tab, click on the ‘add data’ option, and choose 'from external app' step 2 select confluence from the drawer that opens up if you haven't yet linked your confluence account, please refer to the following for connecting to confluence cloud " connect to confluence cloud " for connecting to confluence server " connect to confluence server " step 3 choose the confluence connection and click on next step 4 specify the spaces and labels and start indexing enjo will train on your confluence documents from the specified spaces containing the labels you will be able to see the indexed documents under the 'knowledge sources' tab
