Salesforce Cases
In this article, you'll learn how to connect Salesforce Cases and a Salesforce Sandbox to your Enjo workspace, what access is granted, and how the integration is used across knowledge, actions, escalation, and Agent Assist.
Prerequisites
You need Owner or Admin role in Enjo.
You need a Salesforce account with admin rights to authorize third-party integrations
What Enjo accesses
The Salesforce integration uses OAuth 2.0 and connects via Salesforce's login and authorization flow.

Connection Steps
Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings-> Apps.
Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Salesforce cases'.
Step 3: Click on 'Add New'
Step 4: Enter a connection name for example, Salesforce Cases.
Step 5: Select the visibility Workspace to make it available to all AI Agents, or select Restricted for specific agents then click connect.
Step 6: You will be redirected to the Salesforce authorization screen. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
Your Salesforce connection will appear under Apps once authorization is complete.
π‘ Once connected, all AI Agents in your workspace can use this connection unless you restrict visibility to selected agents during setup.
