Enjo supports integration for Salesforce KB. It is recommended to use a service account to integrate with Enjo. 

Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Salesforce KB'. 

Step 4: You will be redirected to Salesforce login. 

You will be redirected to the Enjo App. You can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace would be able to use your connection.
