CSAT Feedback with Enjo: Improve Customer Support Quality

Get CSAT about the support experience in Slack or Teams When a ticket is closed, the reporter is sent a Slack or Teams message in the ticket thread asking about their support experience. The rating is between 1 to 5 and collected feedback is recorded in the ticket as well.

To configure CSAT for an AI agent,

Go to Enjo dashboard -> AI agent studio-> Click on the AI agent -> Settings -> Feedback.
