Help Desk Assessment
The Enjo Help Desk Assessment is designed to evaluate your existing help desks and identify their potential for automation. By leveraging advanced AI analysis, this tool centralizes and reviews a company's historical support requests, identifying patterns and generating insightful reports. The primary benefit of the assessment is to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements through automation and suggest valuable knowledge articles to enhance customer service.
1. Login to Enjo dashboard
2. Locate Asscessment on the side bar
2. Connect Your Help Desk
- Select and connect your help desk system to Enjo.
3. Import Data:
- Import your historical data, which will be processed for analysis.
4. Analyze and Review Reports:
- Once the data is loaded, two primary reports are generated: the Automation Potential Report and the Topics Distribution Report.
- Automation Potential Report
Provides a visualization of the percentage of support requests that could be automated. A pie chart illustrates the analysis results. The chart highlights the potential time savings your team could achieve by using Enjo.
- Topics Distribution Report
Displays a cluster report showcasing recurring topics from customer interactions. The size of each circle corresponds to the topic's frequency, supported by a detailed table sorted by occurrence.
