users can configure the type of jira updates that appear in enjo ai agent conversation during request creation and request preview(unfurl) prerequisites enjo workspace integrated with jira and slack or microsoft teams ai agent administrator or owner permissions in enjo connected jira project configured for ticket synchronization configuration steps go to ai agent admin → request handling → ticket sync filters select one of the following update options all updates – posts all jira updates (comments, status changes, field edits, assignments, etc ) to the enjo ai agent thread comments & status – posts only new comments and status transitions status – posts only ticket status changes comments – posts only comments from jira none – disables all jira to enjo thread updates updates will take effect immediately for all new tickets
