You can configure tickets using Jira Software projects as well. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Connect Project and Issue type
- Click on +Request Type
- Choose the Project from the drop-down list
- Choose the issue Type from the Request Type drop-down list
- Provide some description about this project and issue type (optional)
- Click on the "Add" button
Step 2: Set issue creation defaults You can pre-set default values to any creation field for any given AI agent. During issue creation, Enjo will automatically populate the issue creation form with these values. Here is how you do it:
- Click on the Action button across each Issue Type and then click on “Set Field Defaults” from the dropdown.
- Set up the defaults for the fields and Click on the “Save” button.
Step 3: Show/Hide fields in the issue creation form The issue creation form in Slack is a dynamic one that shows all the fields that you see in the creation form in Jira. With Enjo, you can hide fields that are not required to make the form more user-friendly. Here is how you can do it:
- Click on the Action button across each Issue Type and then click on “Show Fields Visibility” from the dropdown.
- Select the fields that you need to show in the creation form. Deselect the fields that you need to hide from the creation form and click on the “Save” button.
