Integrating Enjo with Salesforce Cases for Support

Enjo supports integration for Salesforce cases. It is recommended to use a service account to integrate with Enjo.
Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings- Apps.
Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Salesforce cases'.
Step 3: Click on 'Add New'
Step 4: You will be redirected to Salesforce login.
Step 5: Allow access
You will be redirected to the Enjo App. You can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace can use your connection.
