Integrating Enjo with Confluence Cloud for Enhanced Collaboration

Enjo supports integration for Confluence Cloud.

It is recommended to use a service account to integrate with Enjo. For the Confluence Service Account, please take note that Confluence users with the role "User" in the Atlassian User Management and who have access to the relevant Spaces to be indexed can connect the account in Enjo. To connect Enjo to your Confluence Cloud account, follow the steps below.



Connection Steps

Step 1: Login to Enjo dashboard - Settings- Apps.

Step 2: Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Confluence cloud'.

Step 3: Click on 'Add New'. You would be redirected to the Atlassian screen where you would be asked to select the site and allow access.

You will be redirected to the Enjo App. You can see your connection under Apps. Every Enjo AI agent in the workspace would be able to use your connection.

  • Confluence Slack integration - connect Confluence and Slack to Enjo to seamlessly access information from Confluence spaces directly within Slack.
  • Confluence Teams integration - connect Confluence and Microsoft Teams to Enjo to seamlessly access information from Confluence spaces directly within Teams.
  • Confluence webchat integration - connect Confluence and webchat to Enjo to seamlessly access information from Confluence spaces directly within webchats.
