Enjo Commands

Enjo commands are slash commands that can be run in the chat interface to execute an action in a supported business system. Typically used to quickly create or update tickets in your ticketing system.

Administrators can set commands to execute some actions in your ticketing system

Step 1: Go to Enjo dashbaord --> Commands Step 2: Click on the "Create command" button

Step 3: Add the chat app, command keyword and purpose, and ticketing app, and click the "Create command" button
