Approvals Management

Easily approve requests in Slack or Team with one click. When a request that involves approval is created, Enjo automatically sends the approval message to the approver. The approver receives the notification in Slack or Teams . The approver can take action on the request using the 'Approve' or 'Decline' buttons provided.

Administrators can configure Enjo to send approval requests in Slack/ Teams only for particular projects and JQL.

Step 1: Go to Enjo dashboard, and go to the Approvals menu item. Step 2: Click on the '+Add Approval Trigger' button and add the Jira account, project, and JQL.
