Agent Assist Installation -Salesforce

This guide will help you install Enjo Agent Assist in Salesforce. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth installation.

  1. Install the package in Salesforce 
  2. Configure trusted URLs
  3. Set up CORS
  4. Add the Enjo widget to the case layout





Install the package in Salesforce

Step 1: Get the package installation URL from the Enjo CS team, paste it into your browser and press Enter.

Step 2: Log in with your Salesforce username and password.

If you are using a Sandbox account, enter your Sandbox account URL and click on the “Continue” button.

Step 3: On the installation page, select "Install for All Users" and acknowledge the terms.

Step 4: Click "Install" and wait for the installation to complete.

Step 5: Once installed, click "Done".

Configure trusted URLs

Step 1: You will land on the 'installed packages'  page. 

Step 2: Click the gear icon at the top and select "Setup".

Step 3: Then navigate to trusted URLs and add the Enjo base URL by clicking on the "New trusted URL" button.

Step 4: Provide API name as Enjo and URL as https://app.enjo.ai

Step 5: Select everything in "CSP Directives" and click the “Save” button at the end.

Set up CORS

Step 1: Navigate to Security --> CORS and click on the "New" button add the Enjo base URL as https://app.enjo.ai and click the "Save" button.

Add the Enjo widget to the case layout

Step 1: Navigate to any individual Case -> Gear button -> Edit Page.

Step 2: Drag and drop the custom managed "EnjoWidget" component onto the page layout and click the “Save” button on the top right corner.

Step 3: Click on "Authenticate" in the pop-up that opens, click on “Remove as Org Default” and then choose “Desktop and Phone” click on "Next" and then click the "Save" button.

That’s it!  You have now installed Agent Assist in Salesforce.
