You need Salesforce admin access to install packages and edit page layouts.
Installation overview
Setting up Agent Assist for Salesforce involves five steps:
Add the Agent Assist widget in Enjo
Install the Enjo package in Salesforce
Configure Trusted URLs, CORS, and Remote Site Settings
Add the Enjo widget to the case layout
Verify the installation
Step 1 β Add the Agent Assist widget in Enjo
Go to Global Settings > Agent Assist.
Click Add Widget.
Select Salesforce Cases as the widget type.
Select your configured Salesforce domain from the dropdown. If Salesforce is not yet connected, click Add New and follow the Salesforce Cases setup guide.
Click Add.

Your Salesforce Cases Agent Assist widget now appears in the Agent Assist dashboard.
Step 2 β Map an AI Agent
In the Agent Assist dashboard, find your Salesforce widget and click Β·Β·Β·.
Select View Details.
Go to Agent Mapping.
Click Add Mapping.
Select the AI Agent to assign from the dropdown.
Choose whether this mapping applies to:
All cases β the AI Agent handles all Salesforce cases
Specific cases β filtered by fields such as case origin, priority, status, or product
Click Submit.

π‘ You can create multiple mappings to route different types of cases to different AI Agents. See Configure Agent Assist for the full configuration guide.
Step 3 β Install the Enjo package in Salesforce
Get the package installation URL from the Enjo support team.
Paste the URL into your browser and press Enter.
Log in with your Salesforce username and password.
π‘ If you are using a Sandbox account, enter your Sandbox URL and click Continue instead of logging in directly.
On the installation page, choose who to install for:
Install for Admins Only
Install for All Users
Install for Specific Profiles
Acknowledge the terms and click Install.
Wait for the installation to complete.
Click Done.

Step 4 β Configure URLs in Salesforce
Three URL configurations are required after installation: Trusted URLs, CORS, and Remote Site Settings.
Trusted URLs
Click the gear icon at the top of Salesforce and select Setup.
Search for Trusted URLs in the Setup search bar.
Click New Trusted URL.
Enter the following details:
API Name β Enjo
URL β https://app.enjo.ai
Select all checkboxes under CSP Directives.
Click Save.

CORS
In Setup, search for CORS.
Click New.
Enter https://app.enjo.ai as the origin URL pattern.
Click Save.

Remote Site Settings
In Setup, search for Remote Site Settings.
Click New Remote Site.
Enter the following details:
Remote Site Name β Enjo
Remote Site URL β https://app.enjo.ai
Check the active checkbox.
Click Save.
π‘ All three URL configurations Trusted URLs, CORS, and Remote Site Settings must be saved correctly before the widget will load in Salesforce cases.
Step 5 β Add the Enjo widget to the case layout
Open any individual Salesforce case.
Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
Locate the EnjoWidget component in the components panel.
Drag and drop EnjoWidget to your desired location on the page layout.
Click Save in the top right corner.
In the prompt that appears, click Authenticate.
Click Remove as Org Default.
Select Desktop and Phone.
Click Next then Save.
Click Back to return to the case view.
Step 6 β Verify the installation
Open any Salesforce case.
Confirm the Agent Assist panel is visible in the case view.
When Agent Assist is working correctly you will see:
A generated case summary
An AI-generated answer based on your mapped AI Agent's knowledge
Knowledge block generation for the case

π‘ If the Agent Assist panel does not appear, verify that all three URL configurations in Step 4 are saved correctly and that an AI Agent is mapped in Step 2.
