Agent Assist Installation - Jira
This guide will help you install Enjo Agent Assist in Jira. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth installation.
- Install the Agent Assist app in Jira
- Create an AI agent and connect to Jira on Enjo
- Add Agent Assist widget
Step 1. Install the Agent Assist app on your Jira -> Go to Jira -> You can see the Agent Assist app on the right side.
Step 2. Click on Ask Enjo -> You will get a pop-up with a warning that the user is not a member. Click on the "Click here" tab.
Step 3. When you click the "Click Here" tab, you are redirected to the Enjo dashboard. You need to sign up for Enjo and create a workspace. Follow the Signup Guide .
Step 1. After successful signup, you will land on the dashboard. Make an AI Agent by following this guide. AI Agent
Step 2. After creating an AI agent, navigate to Settings -> Apps -> Click on Connect Apps and choose Jira.
Step 3. Follow Jira App Guide to add the Jira App to Enjo.
Step 4. After the Addition of the Jira App go to the dashboard & click on Agent Assist
Step 5. Click on Add Widget -> Select Your Jira Account -> Click Next -> Add
Step 6. You should now be able to see Jira Agent Assist on the dashboard table.
Step 7. Click on the 3 dots (…) and click View details
Step 1. In the AI Agent Chat Tab, you can do configuration related to the Agent Assist widget UI.
Step 2. Go to AI Agent Mapping -> Add Mapping -> Select an AI Agent and select whether it is for all cases or specific cases. (You can assign a bot for All cases or a particular case based on various fields like their TicketID /ProjectID etc).
Step 3. Click submit and go to the Jira -> Click on Ask Enjo
Step 4. You can also generate a KB Article.
Step 5. Go to the chat tab to talk to the chatbot which is based on the AI Agent Assist mapping.
You can Add knowledge sources from various sources to your chatbot and get relevant AI Answers and chat responses.
