Salesforce KB
Enjo AI Agents can train on Salesforce knowledge base documents to answer customer queries.
Step 1: Log in to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI agent Studio menu item. Click on the AI agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'From external app'.

Step 2: Select Salesforce KB from the drawer that opens up.

Step 3: Now in Enjo, choose the Salesforce KB connection and click on next.

Step 4: Enter the SOQL filter and click on “Get count”. Once you have the count of the document which are going to be indexed, click on “Start Indexing”.

Enjo will now train on your Salesforce KB documents from the specified SOQL filter. You will be able to see the indexed documents under the 'Knowledge Sources' tab.
