the google drive integration enables enjo to read and extract knowledge from files and folders stored in a connected google drive account the connection is established using oauth 2 0 for secure authentication and permission management prerequisites active enjo account with admin access valid google account internet access with oauth consent screen enabled for the organization (if applicable) permissions permission description purpose drive readonly read only access to google drive data view and download files, list folders, and read file metadata userinfo profile access basic google profile information retrieve user's name, profile picture, and account id (email excluded) connection steps log in to the enjo dashboard navigate to settings → apps select connect apps , then choose google drive click add new , enter a connection name, and define its visibility scope click next and authenticate using your google account credentials review and allow requested permissions for enjo to access drive data upon confirmation, enjo establishes a read only connection to the drive account you can see your connection under apps eligible enjo ai agents in the workspace can now use the google drive connection
