Managing Slack Conversations with Enjo: Boost Team Collaboration
Provides visibility into user interaction logs and reports across the AI agents.
To view Conversations,
Login to Enjo dashboard-> Insights --> Conversations.
In the 'Home' tab, Administrators can easily navigate between different AI agents' insights they have access to by selecting the dropdown in the upper left corner and also selecting the time range for the reports.
In the 'Logs' tab, you can see individual interactions with the AI agent, the user who interacted, the AI agent name and activity time.
In the 'Distribution' tab, you can see the total number of conversations for every user.
Total Conversations: Number of discussions initiated by all users in all channels
Conversations per employee: Average number of queries per employee Answered: Number of queries to which the bot could find relevant knowledge articles Unanswered: Number of queries to which the bot could not find relevant knowledge articles Answered Queries: List of questions that the bot answered Unanswered Queries: List of questions that the bot did not answer Conversations chart: Number of discussions initiated by all users in all channels over the chosen time range Tickets created chart: Number of tickets created by the bot over the chosen time range
