Enjo allows administrators to set global default notifications or customize preferences for individual team members. Users can also manage their own notification settings directly from the Enjo dashboard.

1. Setting Global Defaults

Admins can configure default personal notifications for Enjo workspace members. These settings apply to all users who are mapped to their corresponding Jira accounts by Enjo until they customize their own preferences.

Steps to Configure Global Defaults:

  1. Log in to the Enjo Dashboard -> Settings -> App menu
  2. Click on Configure next to the Jira connection.
  3. On the Overview page, find the Global Personal Notification option.

  5. Click the Customize button to manage preferences at the global level.5. Click OK to save your changes.

2. Configuring on Behalf of a Team Member

Admins can configure personal notifications for individual team members. This is useful for managing notification settings efficiently.

Steps to Configure for a Team Member:

  1. Log in to the Enjo Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Settings menu.Navigate to Apps.
  3. Click on Configure next to Jira Connection.On the overview page , select team member personal notifications.

  4. Click the Customize button.
  5. Select the team member whose notifications you want to customize.Adjust the notification preferences.Click OK to save the changes.

3. Manage User Notification Preferences in Enjo

Enjo allows users to manage their own notification preferences directly from the dashboard.

Steps to Manage Notifications:

  1. Log in to the Enjo Dashboard.Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Navigate to Notifications.
  3. Click to personalize your notification preferencess
