Jira personal notifications

Administrators can set up the personal notification preferences for team members by setting up global defaults or configuring it on behalf of each member.

Enjo users can also set up notification preferences themselves by logging in to the Enjo dashboard.

For Administrators

Setting global defaults

Admins can configure default personal notifications for Enjo workspace members in the workspace. This configuration will be used to deliver relevant personal notifications for workspace members until they customize their own personal notification preferences. This applies to all Enjo users who are mapped to their corresponding Jira accounts by Enjo. Step 1: In the Enjo dashboard, go to the “Settings” menu item Step 2: Go to "My Preferences" Step 3: Click on “Configure” across the Jira connection Step 4: In the Overview page, you will find the ‘Global Personal Notification’ option Step 5: Click the “Customize” button to manage personal notification preferences at the global level and click the “Ok” button

Configuring on behalf of a team member

Admins can configure personal notifications for particular team members.

Step 1: In the Enjo dashboard, go to the “Settings” menu item Step 2: Go to Apps Step 3: Click on “Configure” across the Jira connection Step 4: In the Overview page, you will find the ‘Team member Personal Notification’ option Step 5: Click the “Customize” button and you will be asked to select the team member Step 6: Customize  personal notification preferences on their behalf and click the “Ok” button

For Enjo Users

All users can manage their own notification preferences. Step 1: In the Enjo dashboard, go to the “Settings” menu item Step 2: Go to “Personal notifications” Step 3: Click the “Customize” button to manage personal notification preferences
