An AI agent is a chatbot within Enjo that can be trained on a specific set of knowledge and configured for a specific ticketing workflow for teams.
As a support agent, you may be provisioned either an AI agent admin role or a Workspace admin role. If you are provisioned an AI agent administrator role, then you would have access to particular AI agents which you can start configuring.
Enjo's Knowledge module is a powerful AI tool designed to provide users with accurate answers. It utilizes your company's knowledge sources as the primary reference for generating factual and verifiable information. You can choose to train the AI agent from many sources including
- External knowledge bases like Confluence, Salesforce, Sharepoint, and more
- Existing chat conversations in Slack or Microsoft Teams or more
- Website pages
- Computer uploaded documents
