Welcome! This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and evaluate Enjo AI Agents. Whether you’re new to Enjo or exploring its capabilities for your organization, this step-by-step guide will help you configure, train, and deploy your first AI agent.

Step 1: Understand Enjo AI Agents

An Enjo AI Agent is a chatbot that automates support workflows by using your organization’s knowledge and ticketing systems. These Agents can be tailored to fit specific workflows, such as managing tickets, answering queries, or assisting your team with streamlined operations.

Relevant Roles and Access:

  • AI Agent Admin: Configure and manage specific AI agents.
  • Workspace Admin: Access and control all agents within the workspace.

Step 2: Configure Your AI Agent

  • Set Up Your AI Agent: Begin by accessing the Enjo platform and creating a new AI agent. You’ll be guided through the basic configuration to define the agent’s purpose and role.
  • Train the AI Agent with Knowledge: Enjo’s Knowledge module enables the agent to provide accurate, context-aware answers. Train your agent by connecting it to knowledge sources such as:
    • External systems like Confluence, Salesforce, or SharePoint.
    • Historical chat conversations from Slack or Microsoft Teams
    • Website content or uploaded documents. For detailed instructions, refer to AI Agent Knowledge.

Step 3: [Optional] Connect to a Ticketing System

Enjo integrates seamlessly with your ticketing tools to automate ticket creation, updates, and tracking. Configure your AI agent to connect with your existing ticketing system, such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. Learn more in AI Agent Ticketing.
