Enjo AI Agents can train on Sharepoint documents to answer customer queries.
Step 1: Log in to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI agent studio menu item.
Click on the AI agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'From external app" in the dropdown.
Step 2: Select Sharepoint from in the drawer that opens up.
If you haven't yet linked your Sharepoint account, please see Sharepoint on how to do it.
Step 3: Choose the Sharepoint connection and click the "Next" button.
Step 4: Select the Sharepoints site and folder to index and click the "Start Indexing" button.
Enjo will train on your Sharepoint documents from the specified Sharepoint sites and folders. You will be able to see the indexed documents under the 'Knowledge Sources' tab.
