Zendesk
In this article, you'll learn how to connect your Zendesk Help Center to an AI Agent so it can use your Help Center articles to answer questions.
Before you start
Your Zendesk account must be connected to Enjo before completing these steps. See Zendesk Integration if you haven't set that up yet.
Add Zendesk as a knowledge source
Step 1: Go to AI Agents and select the agent you want to train. Open the Knowledge tab, then click Add Knowledge.
Step 2: Select Zendesk in the drawer that opens up.
Step 3: Choose your Zendesk connection and click on next.
Choose or create a knowledge source
Step 4: Choose an existing Zendesk knowledge source from the list or to create a new one click on "Create a new knowledge source" and then "Add Knowledge Button".
Step 5: When creating a new knowledge source, specify the category to start indexing all the articles in that category.
π‘ If your Help Center is organised into multiple categories, you can add each category as a separate knowledge source and assign them to the same agent.
Zendesk Help Center articles sync daily to keep the AI Agent's knowledge up to date.
π‘ Once indexing is complete, test your agent in the Playground by asking questions covered in the indexed articles to verify the knowledge is working as expected.
