Zendesk Help Center
Enjo AI Agents can train on Zendesk Help Center articles to answer customer queries.
Step 1: Log in to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI Agent Studio menu item. Click on the AI Agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'From external app'.
Step 2: Select Zendesk in the drawer that opens up.

Step 3: Choose your Zendesk connection and click on next.
Step 4: Choose an existing Zendesk knowledge source from the list or to create a new one click on "Create a new knowledge source" and then "Add Knowledge Button".
Step 5: When creating a new knowledge source, specify the category to start indexing all the articles in that category.
Once the indexing status is complete, you will see the status of the knowledge source under the 'Knowledge Sources' tab as being "Done". You can then ask the AI Agent questions, and it will respond based on the newly indexed information.
