Jira Connection

Enjo AI Agents can train on Jira Tickets to answer customer queries.

Step 1: Log in to Enjo dashboard - click on the AI agent Studio menu item, click on the AI agent, head over to the 'Knowledge' tab, click on the ‘Add data’ option, and choose 'From external app'.

Step 2: Select Jira from the drawer that opens up.

Step 3: Now in Enjo, choose the Jira connection and click on next.

Step 4: Enter the JQL filter and click on “Get count.” Once you have the count of the documents to be indexed, click on “Start Indexing.”



Enjo will now train on your Jira Tickets. The indexed files will be visible under the 'Knowledge Sources' tab.
