Enjo Router AI Agent

Enjo router AI Agent intelligently routes user requests to the most suitable specialized copilot for efficient resolution.

For example, when an employee submits a request to a router AI Agent, it analyzes the content and context to determine whether the issue is IT-related or HR-related and then routes it to the corresponding specialized Copilot.

Setting up a Router AI Agent

1. Create router AI Agent 2. Add child Enjo AI Agents 3. Deploy to a channel 4. Test in the channel





Create router AI agent

Step 1: Login to the Enjo dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the “+ New AI Agent” button.

Step 3: Choose “New Router AI Agent” from the dropdown.

Step 4: Provide the name and purpose of the Router AI Agent and click the “Create" Button.

Add child AI Agents 

Step 1: To add Child AI Agents, Click on the “Add AI Agent” button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select the child AI Agent from the dropdown.

Step 3: Enter a display name for the child AI Agent. This is the name the end-user will see.

Step 4: Describe the capabilities and the nature of the requests the child AI Agent handles.

Step 5: Enter at least 3 relevant and unique queries in the "Sample Requests" section and click on the “Add Child AI Agents” button.

Step 6: Repeat the same process for adding the rest of the child Enjo AI Agents.

Deploy to a channel

Test in the channel

Go to the Configure channel in your Slack workspace and start reporting questions and issues.
